B2B Sales – our Outside Sales Reps: Establishes and maintains relationships with professional residential contractors to facilitate the delivery of lumber, trusses, doors, windows, trim, and other building materials to the job site.
Design & Estimating: We frequently have some outstanding opportunities for people who have experience with the appropriate software to design roof trusses, floor trusses, or wall panels. Estimators are the people who, using appropriate software, produce the material lists for the houses we will be supplying.
Dispatch-Logistics: As a company whose business is distribution of building products that transform spaces, we often have some great opportunities for people who have experience in dispatch and logistics.
Drivers: Our commercial drivers enjoy driving a very up-to-date fleet of trucks in addition to being home every night. Most of our driver positions require an A or B, but we sometimes hire drivers with a Chauffeur’s License. We have very competitive pay and signing bonuses
General Carpentry (Truss and Wall Panel Builders): These people assemble floor trusses, roof trusses, and wall panels. In this position you will be an essential part of constructing the homes in our market, all done in our temperature controlled production plants. This is an excellent opportunity for people with general carpentry experience, general handyman skills, and those with experience using powered tools.

Inside Sales & Customer Care: Creating great customer experience, these are the people entering the sales orders into the system, releasing orders to dispatch, initiating special orders, and other related sales coordination tasks.

Material Handling: The people working in this segment of our business perform one of the most critical parts in this business; unloading trucks and rail cars, stocking inventory, building material packages for our customers, loading delivery trucks, unloading returns, and stocking returns.
Operations Supervision-Management: Individuals who have supervised or managed a warehouse or lumber yard operations are highly encouraged to join our fast growing team.
Product Specialist: These opportunities are filled with people who have an exceptional level of knowledge of specific products such as windows, exterior doors, interior trim, hardware, and interior doors. The people assist our Outside Sales Team and/or their customers, purchase product, and provide training sessions in the area of their expertise.
